Schedule

We offer four group classes: Each class will start on the hour with a warm up, followed by 2-3 functional movements (skill work, technique, goals) and then a WOD (Workout of the Day) done at high intensity.

AM Class:

6 am – Members

PM Class:

4 pm – Members

5 pm – Members

5:45 pm – On Ramp Class

Each class is limited to 10-12 people so that we can offer safe coaching and feedback.
